Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Legends Warbird Rides website and participation in our flight experiences. By booking or participating in a flight, you agree to these Terms.

ELIGIBILITY AND PARTICIPATION

Participants must meet all eligibility requirements disclosed during booking, including age, weight, and physical ability requirements. All participants must be able to climb onto the wing, enter and exit the cockpit unassisted, and operate the canopy from inside the aircraft.

Participants must be at least 12 years old. Passengers under the age of 18 require a parent or legal guardian’s signature.

You must be in good health and free from any medical condition that could be aggravated by flight. You agree to disclose any relevant medical information honestly. Legends Warbird Rides reserves the right to deny participation if safety may be compromised.

SAFETY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Legends Warbird Rides operates FAA-authorized passenger-carrying warbird flights. Aviation activities involve inherent risks. By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with flight operations, including but not limited to aircraft operations, weather conditions, and physical forces.

All participants are required to sign a liability waiver and assumption of risk agreement prior to flight.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are confirmed at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods may include credit cards and electronic payment services.

A booking is not confirmed until written confirmation is provided.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Cancellation by You:
Cancellations made seven (7) days or more before the scheduled flight may receive a full refund, minus any non-refundable fees.
Cancellations made within two (2) days of the scheduled flight are non-refundable.

Cancellation by Us:
Flights may be canceled or modified due to weather, mechanical issues, pilot availability, airfield restrictions, or other factors beyond our control. If we cancel your flight, you may reschedule for the next available date or receive a full refund. Legends Warbird Rides is not responsible for travel or accommodation expenses.

CHANGES AND RESCHEDULING

Requests to change or reschedule a booking are subject to availability. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests, rescheduling is not guaranteed.

CONDUCT AND SAFETY COMPLIANCE

Participants must follow all instructions provided by the pilot and ground personnel. Unsafe, disruptive, or impaired behavior may result in refusal or termination of the flight without refund. Participation while under the influence of alcohol or drugs is prohibited.

MEDIA AND RECORDING

Participants may bring personal recording devices provided they maintain control of them at all times. Legends Warbird Rides is not responsible for lost or damaged personal property.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and media, is the property of Legends Warbird Rides and may not be used without written permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legends Warbird Rides is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in flight activities or use of this website.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
